Franz & Sue Architekten won first prize for their design to renovate and expand the 1970s Police Security Academy in Absam, adding an operations training center. The building is integrated into the sloped terrain with terraces, crowned by a central timber hybrid educational facility, creating a modern and attractive campus for police training and education.
